I also can switch controllers from my afterglow/copper shadow 3.5mm jack, to the standard xbox one wireless controller with adapter, and my speakers and mic work with no issues, as soon as I switch back to other controllers broken. I have added troubleshooting network to the list of what I have done, and nothing has changed. I had a already posted this early but was asked to repost, and was also told that it sounds like a network problem. Is this a known issue that Xbox isn't fixing? are they working on a fix? I am going insane and what to get this fix. There are times that I can hear fine but other times party says they hear LOUD static, if the can hear me then they sound like robots. What am I missing? a few things to add here, I am noticing that sometimes I get headset settings WITHOUT having to go into the actual "all settings" option when you open the left hand side of the xbox and most of the time I am missing all those settings.
